Clinical Application

1. For cervical lesions and cervical cancer screening; 
2. Triage of patients with atypical squamous cells (ASCUS) who have no clear diagnostic significance;
3. Predict the risk of cervical lesions worsening or postoperative recurrence;
4. Guide the research and use of HPV vaccine.

Intended Use

The kit is an in vitro assay for the qualitative detection and differentiation of human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA in cervical exfoliated epithelial cells specimens of the following 15 HPV genotypes: 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, and 68.
